wyndham hotels & resorts: Wyndham to reach 50 hotels in India with new additions in Jaipur, Varanasi, Mohali and Udaipur

Wyndham Hotels and Resorts franchisee, which operates nearly 9,000 hotels in nearly 95 countries, said Monday it is expanding its presence across India by adding four new hotels in destinations such as Jaipur, Varanasi, Mohali and Udaipur under the Ramada and Howard Johnson. The new openings will see Wyndham reach 50 hotels in India. The chain has a development pipeline of nearly 30 hotels, with eight expected to open in 2022.

Wyndham Chandigarh Mohali opened in October and offers 80 rooms to guests, Ramada Varanasi Katesar in Varanasi is a 68-room hotel, while Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur North which is expected to open in December is a 107-room hotel.

Howard Johnson by Wyndham Udaipur Roop Nagar is expected to open by the end of the year and consists of 94 rooms.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts operates a portfolio of 22 hotel brands, including Super 8, Days Inn, Ramada, Microtel, La Quinta, Baymont, Wingate, AmericInn, Hawthorn Suites, Trademark Collection and Wyndham.
