Police seek family of toddler found wandering Saginaw County hotel halls

Update: As of 10:46 a.m. on Saturday, November 27, the baby has been returned to her family.

KOCHVILLE TWP, MI – Police are hoping the public can help them find the family of a young boy and grandfather roaming the halls of a Saginaw County hotel.

About 5:43 a.m. Saturday, November 27, sheriffs responded to the Country Inn & Suites, 2222 Tittabawassee Road in Kochville Township, after a child was found walking in the second-floor hallways.

The child could not tell the deputies in the room she was in. The deputies and the hotel staff went door to door, calling the occupants of each room, but none of them claimed to know the child.

The baby girl is a black female, aged between 1 and 2 years. Measuring about 2.5 feet tall, weighing about 26 pounds, she was found wearing a pink T-shirt with a penguin on it.

Anyone with information in this matter is urged to call Representatives at 989-295-7666, or call 911.
