‘Hotels & Restaurants’ Hit Highest Inflation With 62.4%

The consumer price index for “hotels and restaurants” stabilized at 405.3 in the eighth Iranian month from October 23 to November 21 at 405.3, indicating a rise of 62.4% year on year, which is the highest level among 12 groups of goods and services monitored by the Iranian Statistical Center.
The average CPI for “hotels and restaurants” in the 12-month period ending on November 21, which marks the end of the eighth Iranian month of the 2021-2022 fiscal year, increased by 56.4% compared to the average for the corresponding period of the year the past. .
