Deborah Haines will lead the first five-star hotel in Central Asia, a member of the prestige association LHW

Prior to her appointment as General Manager of Silk Road Hotel Group, Samarkand, Ms. Heinz successfully led Radisson Blu hotels around the world for more than 19 years. In addition to launching and opening hotels, Deborah Haines has gained experience managing operating hotels, where her efforts have led to increased brand confidence by travelers and guest and owner satisfaction. Ms. Haines spearheaded the relaunch of the newly opened hotel Radisson Blu Paradise Resort & Spa In Sochi, where she had to turn the Olympic facility into an all-season resort. In 2017, Ms. Haines was appointed as General Manager of Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Bangkok (Thailand) and then as regional general manager of Onyx Hospitality Group (Eastern Thailand). During her leadership, the hotels have received recognition from the professional community and won high awards such as Conde Nast Traveler Best Business Hotel 2019, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau – MICE Venue 2020, World Luxury Hotel Awards 2020 etc.
