Industry veteran Chris Eli has appointed as Head of Hotel Asset Management in Asia.
CBRE announced the appointment Chris Eli As Head of Hotel Asset Management, Asia. From his headquarters in Singapore, Mr. Eli will lead the hotel asset management and operator selection business within the Capital Markets team. His role will include working with clients to unlock value from hotel and hospitality assets, enhancing profitability and aligning stakeholders behind investment objectives.
Mr. Eli joins an expanding team of hotel industry experts at CBRE and will be part of the Asia Pacific Hotel and Hospitality Leadership Committee.

Mr. Ali has more than 20 years of experience as a Hotel Administrator and Asset Manager. Most recently he held the position of Vice President (Business Development and Asset Management) at Next Story Group (NSG), where he was responsible for the development and implementation of NSG’s regional development plans. He also oversaw asset management for the NSG Hotels portfolio which included assets across Australia and Southeast Asia including co-working spaces. Prior to that, he held senior management positions at JLL, Outrigger Hotels and Resorts, and Jumeirah Group.
